Refunds & Cancellations

Manye Technologies Pvt. Ltd (, “Hanchu”) has laid down this Refund & Cancellation Policy in order to allow cancellation of the existing services as provided in the Hanchu website (which includes ‘Will making’, ‘Assistance for registration of Will’, ‘custodian service’, ‘fulfillment service’ and for other services that may be offered from time to time) and requests for refund post registration in the Hanchu website.

Hanchu reserves the right to accept a new registration on its website or mobile application, and allow cancellation of service(s) purchased and may offer a refund for one or more of the services, the registrant may have signed up for.

Cancellation by Registrant

  1. Buyer can request for refund if the game purchased on Hanchu is damaged, not working or is not the game that was ordered. Once the request for cancellation is made, Hanchu will arrange for reverse pick-up of the game and check it in-house for the concerned issues, and whether the game works or not, the game will be returned back to the seller. Buyer then gets a partial or full refund depending on whether the purpose of the return is as defined under this clause..
  2. Seller cannot cancel a sale after the game has been sold to a buyer and it has been shipped buy our logistics partner.
  3. Cancellations received within 48 hours of purchase may be eligible to receive a partial or full refund after deduction of administrative cost determined by Hanchu for the particular service(s).
  4. Cancellations received after 48 hours from purchase will not be eligible for a refund under any condition.
  5. Cancellation request will be only accepted via e-mail, or through the cancellation option provided in the website respectively and must be received within 48 hours of purchase.
  6. If the service(s) was provided as a part of a promotional offer, loyalty scheme or any type of benefits, there will be refund only to the extent of the actual money paid by the registrant.
  7. All refund requests must be made by the registrant only from the same email which was used at the time of signing up that is stored with Hanchu. No refund request will be entertained if it is from a different email id.
  8. Refund requests must include the payment transaction details and other details as specified from time to time along with the and reason for cancellation.
  9. Refunds will be credited back to a bank account information provided for payment within 15 days from the day of cancellation request was received.
  10. If a transaction was made fraudulently then Hanchu reserves the rights to cancel any of the services and issue a refund to the source from which the payment was made.
